Carter Jones is an innovative textile designer that is continuously pushing the boundaries of current day design. She attended North Carolina State University where she completed her B.S. in Fashion and Textile Design with a concentration in Textile Design and Dongua University in Shanghai, China where she participated in a global textile program.
Post-graduation and current position includes working for Shima Seiki U.S.A., Inc. where she helps train customers on the APEX-3 software, creates samples on various knitting machines for customers, and helps organize Shima Seiki events.
With a passion for knit and textile design, Carter is exploring new techniques and applications for her designs.
